About the property

Sandakerveien 130 is centrally located in Nydalen within walking distance to shops, restaurants and other service functions. The property was built in 2001 for the former tenant TDC AS (formerly Tele1Europe).

Nydalen

Access

Nydalen is accessible no matter where you come from. If you come by car, there is easy access with a direct exit from Ring 3.

Nydalen is also well covered by bus routes from all directions. There are several tram lines operating from Storo.

The metro station is centrally located in the middle of Nydalen and takes you to Majorstuen in just 9 minutes and to Oslo S in 12 minutes.

With nice walking and cycling paths along the Akerselva, you can easily walk or bike to and from the workplace.
