Tamelin Invest AS, a company fully owned by Petter Jansen, has on 29 December 2008 closed an existing forward contract for 35 000 shares in Norwegian Property ASA with expiry date 19 May 2009 and purchase price NOK 8.9691 per share.

 

Following the above transactions, Petter Jansen and related parties hold 35 000 shares under forward contracts and 40 000 directly owned shares in Norwegian Property ASA.
