Norwegian Property will enter into a lease contract with a subsidiary of Base Property for the property Forusbeen 35 in Stavanger. The initial lease length is one year with an option to extend the lease.  The lease is based on “as is” standard, and the lease will start during November this year. Base Property has entered into a contract with UDI (The Norwegian Directorate of Immigration) for lease and operation of temporary housing for refugees.

Forusbeen has been vacant since the previous tenant moved out of the building earlier this year. The building was constructed in 1986 and 1990 and comprises appr. 21 400 sqm offices, indoor parking and service facilities.
