Norwegian Property has entered into an agreement to sell Stortingsgata 6 to Deka Immobilien GmbH. Agreed property value in the transaction is NOK 506.5 million, compared to NOK 489.8 million in the most recent valuation as of end of second quarter 2016. The transaction will be completed mid October 2016 in the form of sale of the property owning company.

The sale is in line with Norwegian Property's strategy of active portfolio development, and the transaction underpins the values of the company's property portfolio. No employees are part of the transaction.
