With reference to the notice issued on 9 May 2019, where Norwegian Property ASA (the “Company”) launched an offer to all shareholders in the Company to buy back up to 54,800,000 shares in Norwegian Property ASA, through a book building process with an offer price of NOK 11.75 per share.

The offer period will start 10 May 2019 at 08:00 CEST and will end on 29 May 2019 at 16:30 CEST.
