The Norwegian Competition Authority has confirmed that the voluntary offer dated 17 September 2007 from Oslo Properties is covered by the approval of Norwegian Property ASA's original offer, see Norwegian Property's stock exchange notice on 4 September 2007. Therefore, no filing with the Norwegian Competition Authority is required for the offer from Oslo Properties AS.

 

Provided that the other closing conditions will be satisfied during the offer period (ending on 24 September), settlement will take place on 3 October 2007 (as further described in the offer document).
