Norwegian Property has renewed a contract at Aker Brygge comprising approximately 850 square meter at nok 4 300 per square meter. The new contract will start at expiry of the current contract on 1 January 2008 and has a duration of 6.5 years with normal CPI adjustment. There are no expenses related to upgrading of the areas.

 

There are currently few available office areas in the centre of Oslo, and this contract reflects a continued strong rental development.
