The Nomination Committee, comprising Tom Furulund (chair), Lise Lindbäck and Einar J. Greve, recommend the following new Board of Directors to be elected at the Company's EGM on December 19:

 

Tormod Hermansen (Chairman), Nils K. Selte, Harald Grimsrud, Synne Syrrist and Gry Mølleskog.
