Widar Salbuvik, Chair of the Board of directors of Norwegian Property ASA, has been appointed to act as unconditional proxy for a total of 5,530,200 shares, or 5.24 % of the share capital, at the company`s Extraordinary General Meeting on 16 July 2008. Widar Salbuvik and related parties also hold 50,000 shares, bringing the total number of controlling voting rights for Mr. Salbuvik at the Extraordinary General Meeting to 5,580,200 shares, or 5.29 % of the share capital of the company.
