Reference is made to the release dated July 17, 2008 regarding the allocation of the rights issue in Norwegian Property ASA.

 

Wilhelmsen Capital AS has been allocated 11,089,334 shares and Aweco Invest AS has been allocated 2,016,483 shares in the rights issue. Wilhelmsen Capital AS and Aweco Invest AS are controlled by the A. Wilhelmsen Group and Jostein Devold is currently Investment Director in Aweco Invest and board member in Norwegian Property ASA. After the allocation the A. Wilhelmsen group has 28,741,599 shares.

 

Fram Holding AS has been allocated 3,250,700 shares and Fram Realinvest AS has been allocated 3,250,700 shares in the right issue. Fram Holding AS and From Realinvest AS are controlled by Torstein Tvenge, board member in Norwegian Property ASA. After the allocation Torstein Tvenge and related parties has 15,001,400 shares.

 

Wisa Holding AS has been allocated 226,516 shares in the rights issue. Wisa Holding AS is controlled by Widar Salbuvik, chairman in Norwegian Property ASA.  After the allocation Widar Salbuvik and related parties has 276,516 shares.
