Norwegian Property ASA (OSE:NPRO, NPRO.OL) has appointed Rune Richardsen to the position of Property Manager. Richardsen has extensive experience from commercial property management and was previously Property Manager at SpareBank1 Gruppen Eiendom from 1997 and up to his appointment at Norwegian Property. Before this he was managing director of OBOS Næringsforvaltning, the commercial property management arm of OBOS.

Richardsen will be responsible for new rental contracts as well as renegotiation of contracts with existing tenants. Additionally, he will be responsible for liaising with tenants, real estate advisors/brokers and the real estate market in general.
