Norwegian Property ASA is considering to issue a new bond in the Norwegian bond market, subject to terms and conditions. The purpose is to refinance the outstanding 2nd priority pledged bond (NPRO03) which expires late in March 2010. DnBNOR Markets and Nordea Markets have been mandated as joint arrangers.

 

The outstanding bond which is seeked refinanced has 2nd priority pledge in the following properties: Maridalsveien 323 in Oslo, Middelthunsgate 17 in Oslo, Forusbeen 35 in Stavanger and Finnestadveien 44 in Stavanger. External valuations of these properties as of 31 December 2009 are NOK 341.8 million, NOK 672.85 million, NOK 355.75 million and NOK 436.45 million, respectively.
