Norwegian Property has entered into a lease contract with the Protector Forsikring for an area of 2 900 square meters in Fondbygget at Aker Brygge in Oslo. The lease length is 10 years and the tenant is expected to move in March/April 2015. The rent is agreed on market terms and reflects both the attractiveness of Aker Brygge and the standard of the building. The space was vacant at the end of first quarter 2014.
