Profit after income tax for the fourth quarter of 2017 came to NOK 261.9 million (compared to NOK 180.2 million in the same quarter of 2016). Earnings per share (EPS) was NOK 0.48 for the fourth quarter 2017. Carried equity per share came to NOK 13.96 at 31 December 2017, up from NOK 11.83 at 31 December 2016 (Epra NAV was NOK 15.40 and Epra NNNAV NOK 14.48 at 31 December 2017).

The board of directors has approved a dividend of NOK 0.07 per share for the fourth quarter 2017, to be distributed to registered shareholders as of 9 February 2018 (the ex. date is 12 February 2018). The company has a goal of distributing a dividend between 30 and 50 per cent of ordinary result after tax payable, before fair value changes, i.e. the dividend basis. The dividend of NOK 0.07 per share for the fourth quarter amounts to 48 per cent of the dividend basis. For the previous quarters in 2017, a total of NOK 0.22 per share has been paid as dividend. The total dividend for all quarters in 2017 sums up to NOK 0.29 per share, which constitutes 50 per cent of the dividend basis.
