Norwegian Property ASA has today issued a new NOK 460m senior secured bond with a floating interest rate of 3m NIBOR + 0.98% p.a.

The proceeds will be used for property acquisition financing and general corporate purposes. Nordea acted as Sole Manager for the bond issuance.
