Reference is made to the notification dated 24 September 2020. Norwegian Property ASA has today issued a new NOK 500 million secured bond with a tenor of 5 years and with a floating interest rate of 3 months NIBOR + 1.37% p.a. The proceeds will be used for refinancing of the bond NPRO12 with maturity date 9. November 2020 and general corporate purposes.
