Norwegian Property ASA has today successfully issued NOK 200 million in new senior secured bonds with 5 years tenor. The bond issue has a coupon of 3 months Nibor + 0.82% p.a. Settlement of the bond issue is 9 September 2021.

In conjunction with the bond issue, Norwegian Property ASA has bought back NOK 200 million of NPRO11 with ISIN NO0010809338. The outstanding volume in NPRO11 following the buy-back is NOK 1,030 million.
