Norwegian Property ASA has successfully issued NOK 150 million with ISIN NO0011091274 (maturity 9 September 2026) at implied issue spread of 3m NIBOR + 81 bps.

In conjunction with the bond issue, Norwegian Property ASA has bought back NOK 126 million of NPRO13 with ISIN NO0010856719. The outstanding volume in NPRO13 following the buy-back is NOK 374 million .

Settlement date will be 9 September 2021.
