NPRO: Registration of share capital increase following the Subsequent Offering

Reference is made to the stock exchange notification dated 25 August 2009 regarding the allocation of shares in the subsequent offering (the "Subsequent Offering") in Norwegian Property ASA ("Norwegian Property" or the "Company") and the prospectus dated 10 August 2009 published in connection with the Subsequent Offering.
The share capital increase pertaining to the Subsequent Offering, which was resolved by Norwegian Property's Board of Directors on 25 August 2009 pursuant to an authorisation granted by the Company's General Meeting, has been registered with the Norwegian Register Of Business Enterprises, and the Subsequent Offering has hence been completed. The new share capital of the Company is NOK 226,635,416 divided into 453,270,832 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.50.
The shares subscribed for and paid for in the Subsequent Offering will be issued today and immediately be listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange under the ticker code "NPRO". As a consequence, the new shares will be tradable from and including today.
