Attached on our website - Investor Relations - Reports & presentations -  is the information memorandum regarding Norwegian Property ASA's subscription of 17.5 per cent of the shares in Oslo Properties AS and the entering into certain put and call option arrangements whereby Norwegian Property may become the owner of more than 90 per cent of the shares of Oslo Properties AS.
