About the property

The building is the former warehouse and head office for Nydalens Compagnie and Güettler’s weaving mill from 1845. It was rebuilt and rehabilitated into an office in 1987. It is located at the center of Nydalen within walking distance to Gullhaug Torg with shops and restaurants.

Nydalen

Nydalen is centrally and idyllically located by the river, Akerselva, in the northern part of Oslo. The surroundings are characterized by the river which is surrounded by green lungs. Nydalen is an established and modern area for offices, homes, leisure and recreation.

Access

Nydalen is accessible no matter where you come from. If you come by car, there is easy access with a direct exit from Ring 3.

Nydalen is also well covered by bus routes from all directions. There are several tram lines operating from Storo.

The metro station is centrally located in the middle of Nydalen and takes you to Majorstuen in just 9 minutes and to Oslo S in 12 minutes.

With nice walking and cycling paths along the Akerselva, you can easily walk or bike to and from the workplace.
