About the property

Nydalsveien 15 was built in 1857 and has been host to a sailcloth factory, a bucket factory and a wood grinding mill. From 1898 it was used for wire pin production for Christiania Spigerverk. The property was completely rehabilitated and transformed into offices in 1988.

The building is beautifully located by the river, Akerselva, in the far south of Nydalen. Walking distance form Gullhaug Torg with shops and restaurants. Easy access to subway lines, buses and taxi rank as well as by car from Ring 3.

Nydalen

Nydalen is centrally and idyllically located by the river, Akerselva, in the northern part of Oslo. The surroundings are characterized by the river which is surrounded by green lungs. Nydalen is an established and modern area for offices, homes, leisure and recreation.

Access

Nydalen is accessible no matter where you come from. If you come by car, there is easy access with a direct exit from Ring 3.

Nydalen is also well covered by bus routes from all directions. There are several tram lines operating from Storo.

The metro station is centrally located in the middle of Nydalen and takes you to Majorstuen in just 9 minutes and to Oslo S in 12 minutes.

With nice walking and cycling paths along the Akerselva, you can easily walk or bike to and from the workplace.
