About us
Norwegian Property was established in 2006, but our properties house several centuries of Norwegian industrial history. From the venerable workshop halls at Aker Brygge to the forward-looking Martin Linges vei 33 at Fornebu.
Norwegian Property.
At Norwegian Property, we take pride in managing the country’s most exciting commercial buildings, where new ideas and success stories have the space to flourish. For us, real estate is about more than structures – it’s about creating places where people can meet, work, and grow together.
Collaborative, bold, proactive, and attentive: SMIL (the Norwegian acronym for these values). These are the principles that guide us every day as we shape the workplaces of tomorrow.
Our goal is simple: to create engaging spaces where people can thrive together – connecting with colleagues, clients, or the vibrant city outside. To us, the surrounding area is just as important as the building itself. We develop lively destinations with a rich offering, from shops and dining to art and culture.
We exist for our tenants. That’s why we dare to explore new paths and take action to meet their needs. We listen and adapt, whether our tenants require a tailored solution or a blank canvas to shape on their own. We are here for businesses that want everything delivered ready-made and for those who prefer to handle everything themselves.
From our headquarters at Aker Brygge, we are shaping the workplaces of tomorrow, with a focus on technology, sustainability, and social responsibility. Fornebu, Oslo Central Business District, and Nydalen – these are locations with unique qualities and communities at their core, just the way we believe the workplaces of the future should be.

Green responsibility and presence.
Our definition of environmental and social responsibility is broad, and our strategy is designed to enable us to contribute to positive changes where we have the greatest impact. We impose strict requirements on social and business practices internally, as well as on our partners and suppliers. Our strategy includes clearly defined goals for environmental conservation measures, as well as high standards for the aesthetic design of buildings and outdoor areas in the local community.
