Modern building idyllically located by the sea

Snarøyveien 30 is the largest a building in the Fornebu area and is idyllically located by the sea. The surroundings are characterized by both the sea and the area’s green lungs.

The property consists of several contiguous buildings, a total of approx. 200,000 sqm which provides space for your own identity and a community with other tenants. Spectacular glass facades add plenty of daylight to the premises and the stylish common areas. The building was designed by HUS Arkitekter (architects).

The building is designed that way so that the unique view of the fjord is dominant, and the flexibility makes it easy to adapt the premises.

During construction, emphasis was placed on measures that create well-being for the employees. This applies in particular to the design of common areas so that these can be used for informal meetings and gathering points.

Facilities

Snarøyveien 30 has three staff restaurants with different profiles that maintain a very high standard. Emphasis is placed on open, bright rooms and a good and varied offer. One of the staff restaurants also offers dinner service.

In addition to the staff restaurant, there are also four cafés centrally located on the property. Each coffee shop has its theme and concept around product selection and menu.

The Hub, located in the middle of the square, is a dedicated course and training center. Here it is possible to rent premises of different sizes, preferably in combination with catering. The Hub is also adapted for larger assemblies with video equipment/screens along with “streaming” facilities.

Surroundings

Fornebu is an inspiring and vibrant district under enormous development. Here you will find a rich range of activities and the city’s most exciting workplaces. The pulsating urbanity and the location close to the fjord are unique to the area and have led to an enormous attractiveness.

Access

If you come by car, there is easy access with a direct exit from Snarøyveien.

The bus stop is 1 min walk from the property and serves lines 24, 31, 31E, 36E, 225 and 70. During rush hour, there are express buses between Oslo City Center and Fornebu / Lysaker every 2 minutes.

The train station at Lysaker is only a 3 min bus ride away. Here Flytoget takes you to Gardermoen in approximately 20 minutes.

There is plenty of guest parking adjacent to the building, in addition to very good capacity for parking in the garage under the building.

Parking

Snarøyveien 30 has a car park on two levels (P1), and short-term/guest parking (P2) at the main access. The car park is for employees with a parking permit. In total, there are approximately 1,800 parking spaces.

Snarøyveien has a toll-free parking system that uses the car’s registration number for registration (LPR). The parking system has cameras that take a picture of the registration number of your car when you drive in and out of the parking areas.

The short-term parking at the access square / main entrance (P2) is for guests/visitors.

Future subway

The Fornebu line is being planned with expected completion in Q1 2027, and three metro stations have been decided on Fornebu. The stations will be established at Fornebu S, Flytårnet station (at Snarøyveien 30) and at Norwegian.

Calculations from Ruter indicate that it will take 12 minutes to Majorstuen and 18 minutes to Jernbanetorget when Fornebubanen is completed.
