Our guidelines and principles
The business is organized within the parent company Norwegian Property ASA and its affiliated subsidiaries. Norwegian Property is wholly owned by Geveran Trading. NPRO is a pure-play and fully integrated real estate company with properties primarily located in the Oslo area, where we own, develop, and manage the group's properties.
At every level, Norwegian Property is committed to conducting responsible, ethical, and sound business operations, imposing stringent requirements on suppliers in the procurement of goods/services and their impact on the environment and society. We have guidelines and principles for the following areas:

- Employee Rights and Social Conditions
- Environmental Impact and Climate
- Anti-Corruption
These guidelines are built on the three dimensions of sustainability: social aspects, the environment, and economics.
Norwegian Property respects and protects international human rights, and this commitment is anchored in the board through ownership of the following governance documents:

Due diligence assessments
The company has conducted due diligence assessments in accordance with the Transparency Act. Following OECD guidelines, all suppliers and partners have been identified.
Due diligence assessments and associated procedures for handling actual and potential negative consequences according to the Transparency Act § 4 are disclosed in the annual report. Anyone seeking more detailed information or insight can contact info@npro.no.
NPRO will strive to provide information within a reasonable time and no later than three weeks after receiving the information request. If the quantity or type of information requested makes it disproportionately burdensome to respond within three weeks, information will be provided within two months of receiving the request.
NPRO will inform the information seeker in writing within three weeks of the extension, providing the reason and when the information can be expected.
