Modern spaces with a glimpse of the sea
Fondbygget was constructed in 1989 and designed by architect Niels Torp. Here, you have ample natural light, modern spaces, and a fitness center on the 2nd floor.
The building offer a view of Bryggetorget. At street level, you'll find grocery stores and other businesses. Aker Brygge has undergone significant upgrades, where industrial-historical qualities contrast with modern architecture and design.
BREEAM In-Use Very Good certified.
